The distinguished Sharp Building, a sixstory Grade A office edifice encompassing 4,412 square meters (47,500 square feet), offers an array of amenities, including a charming 209-square meter (2,250-square foot) coffee shop. Its basement is tailored for convenience, providing 40 car spaces, 56 bicycle spots, and deluxe showers with changing facilities, ensuring a holistic and
comfortable experience for occupants. MDE were appointed as the specialist electrical contractor and were responsible for the delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of all electrical services. Our site installations have helped the Sharp Building achieve a coveted Platinum-level Wired Certification for its best-in-class internet infrastructure.
