The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Planning & Scheduling Coordinator to support our operations team. In this role, you’ll manage daily scheduling, update the ERP system, and ensure smooth communication between departments. You’ll monitor jobs, resolve scheduling issues, and help maintain efficient workflows.
The role also involves handling queries, supporting new team members with training, and carrying out general administration tasks. This is a key position for someone who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and keeping operations running seamlessly.
