This role is based in our Monaghan office, with some travel required to our Omagh office. This role is easily commutable from Tyrone, Armagh and Down.
Role Purpose
The HR Advisor will provide expert generalist support for all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, and daily operations. Alongside the HR Administrator, this role helps deliver an efficient HR service and monitors HR metrics to aid decision-making and improvement.
HR Advisor – Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and guidance on policies, procedures, and employment legislation
- Manage employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance
- Lead recruitment processes from job posting through to onboarding
- Coordinate interviews, offers, contracts, and induction activities
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems
- Support payroll processes, benefits administration, and HR reporting
- Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and company policies
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Support training, development, and performance management initiatives
- Promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture
- Manage sickness, absence, and offboarding processes
Person Specification
Qualifications & Experience:
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above).
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice (ROI and/or NI).
- Proven experience handling ER casework.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growing organisation.
