MDE Installations have fantastic opportunities for fully qualified Electricians to join our Smart Meter Installing team on ongoing projects across Ireland.

The Role:

The successful candidate will have proven professional experience within the electrical industry in the capacity of a Qualified Electrician.

Location: Monaghan, Cavan, Leitrim, Longford, Roscommon & Sligo

Hours of work: 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm (this may vary by project)

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Qualifications:

A minimum electrical qualification of any of the following:

QQI Level 6

City and Guilds NVQ Level 4 electrical qualification.

Valid CSR/Safe Pass.

Clean Driver’s License

Responsibilities:

Undertake high quality electrical installations as per the specifications of the project.

Essential requirements:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Safety conscious with knowledge of RAMs and current Health and Safety Regulations.

Experience of electrical containment work

Possess the ability to demonstrate your experience and display great knowledge and good working practice.

Confident inworking both independently and collaboratively as part of a team to carry out and complete installation works as instructed.

Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Tenacious work ethic.

Desirable requirements:

IPAF MEWP Training.
