We are hiring an Electrical Supervisor to join our team!
As the Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be overseeing project progress, scoping work and ordering materials, managing staff, and ensuring all safety and compliance standards are met and to provide technical assistance.

Location : Donegal
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a small team of electrical maintenance staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work.
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimise downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
- Manage team performance, attendance, and development in line with company HR policies.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and promote the company’s safety culture.
- Coordinate with the client and internal departments to prioritise maintenance tasks, resolve issues, and ensure adequate materials and resources.
- Monitor costs, maintain records, and report progress to management.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and support implementation of company initiatives and client projects.
About You
- Previous experience in an Electrical Foreman / Supervisor role
- A minimum of City & Guilds NVQ level 3 Qualification (UK) / Level 6 Qualification (ROI)
- CSR / Safe Pass
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) / Site Supervisor Safety Programme (SSSP)
- Thorough understanding of BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations) and ET101 (ROI National Rules for Electrical Installations)
- Full Valid UK or Irish Driving Licence
- Good ICT skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a cross functional team
- Ability to keep track of multiple tasks or projects & manage time effectively
