We are seeking a Desktop Auditor to join our team for a full-time office based role in Monaghan!

About the Role:

As a Desktop Audit Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and quality of smart meter installations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Thoroughly investigate smart meter installation jobs and conduct audits across multiple systems to identify and correct data entry errors.
  • Communicate effectively with engineers to address any defects identified during the audit process, maintaining a high standard of analysis.
  • Develop and maintain audit-specific processing templates to promptly rectify errors and ensure installation safety and quality.
  • Oversee the completion of testing during each installation, ensuring adherence to company GDPR compliance for the client’s customer data.
  • Identify and escalate any issues to your Supervisor for prompt resolution.
  • Cultivate excellent working relationships with our Contact Centre Agents and Auditors/Supervisors.
  • Be open to working flexibly, adapting to changes in scope or prioritization as required by business needs.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administration role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a willingness to learn various systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to research, investigate, and find solutions for errors.
