Quick Thinking From Installer

Thank You to our Smart Meter Installer, Dane, who during the summer attended to the timely aid of one of our customers.

After starting an install, Dane noticed he was getting no response from the customer mid conversation, and quickly called an ambulance as he realised something was wrong.

Dane assisted this lady into the recovery position and was able to get help from her good neighbours.

We wish this lady a healthy recovery and we are very grateful to Dane for his quick thinking and response on the day
