NI’s largest Water Treatment Works contract to MDE

Carnmoney Water Treatment Works, the largest in Northern Ireland, has awarded the complete and complex electrical installation to local Co Tyrone Company, MDE Electrical Installations.  The contract is valued at £350,000. A large existing plant which demands extremely detailed planning on the interfacing of new systems and removing of old.

Commenting on the latest win, Contracts Director Martin Conway said;

“To win this contract is a great endorsement of the extensive experience, expertise and skill of the MDE Team in the smooth transfer of plant and equipment on Clean Water and Waste Water Electrical Installation projects. We have been privileged in the recent past to complete successful contracts for Northern Ireland Water Service on the premier ‘Project Alpha,’ a £20m upgrade to select Water Treatment sites across the province.

This latest win is a great boost for our entire team as we move into 2011 and celebrate 20 years in business providing electrical installation solutions across the whole of Ireland and the UK.”
