MDE helps re-energise Belfast’s leading historical building

The Edwardian Scottish Provident building in Donegall Square West is one of the city’s most prestigious properties.  The grade two listed property, which spans 70,000 sq ft, contains five floors of office accommodation and a commercial ground floor of retail outlets.

MDE Electrical Installations secured the £480k contract to carry out the complete refurbishment of the electrical services over all 5 levels in this listed building. The works were carried out on a live site with a highly skilled, experienced and flexible team operating around existing tenants.

Complete Supply and Installation of a Wireless Fire Alarm System, Complete Data Installation & Intelligent Emergency Lighting System was installed as part of the overall electrical upgrade.
