Job Title: Logistics and Operations Planner
Reporting to: Operations Manager and Senior Management Team
Job Purpose: As Logistics and Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for aligning the fleet tracking system to the scheduling plan for engineers in the field. You will highlight to the Operations Manager and Senior Management Team anomalies and keep a constant trace on production metrics.
1.) The Individual should have the ability to confidently support the company’s projects commercially, implement and effectively follow the company’s policies, procedures, and protocols, represent the organisations interests, lead continuous development & improvement.
2.) This is a varied role and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate ability, previous experience, coordination, and a high standard in commercial compliance.
3.) You will be responsible for processing Sales Invoices & administration.
4.) You will be part of the Project team supporting and maintaining company services commercially & process compliance around logistics and fleet.
5.) Responsible for coordinating and maintaining company fleet management systems.
6.) Responsible for answering calls and general enquires from customers, candidates, business enquiries.
7.) Deliver Professional High Level of Output.
8.) Ensure clients expectations are managed and exceeded.
1.) Degree within supply chain, logistics or purchasing.

3.) Good organisational and communication skills.
4.) Demonstrate an ability to work in a team as a key member with a hands on approach.
5.) Good PC Skills Literate – Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook, powerpoint) / experience is essential.
6.) Supportive Qualifications or experience in business management / coordination of projects.
